Our office's goal is to provide you with an unparalleled level of care. To that end, we are available to schedule your new patient appointment same day or next day if there is an urgent need. Our friendly staff and highly-trained physicians are accessible to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
To schedule an appointment with one of the surgeons at NeuroTexas, please call (512) 474-1114. Our receptionist will obtain your basic demographic and insurance information over the phone, verify your insurance coverage, and assist you in obtaining any necessary referrals or authorizations. We accept most major health plans.
Please note that there may be occasions that our office will need to reschedule or delay your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances related to surgery or emergencies for other patients. We will make every effort possible to limit your inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
If you have had an MRI within the last six months, please inform our scheduler of the location and date of the procedure. In certain cases, we may be able to obtain the films without your intervention. If we cannot obtain your films on our own, you will be asked to bring a CD to our office on the day of your appointment. Regardless, please bring all films, media, reports, and records in your possession that you feel are pertinent to your condition.
If you have not had any imaging studies done, you may still schedule an appointment. Imaging can be obtained same day in conjunction with your new patient appointment. Please allow a couple of hours for your appointment so that we can assist you with any necessary radiological needs.
Download the New Patient Forms (see above) and complete them prior to your new patient appointment. Remember to bring your insurance card with you to your visit.
If you are unable to complete your new patient paperwork prior to your appointment, please arrive early. As a courtesy to those patients who arrive timely to their appointment, we do have a late policy. If a patient arrives tardy or does not have all paperwork completed within 15 minutes of his/her appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule the appointment to another day or for the appointment to be worked in to the clinic day as we are able.
We look forward to taking care of you. |
